Mixed fortunes for Renault today, as Fernando and Nelson finished 5th and 17th in qualifying.

The Briton picked up where he left off in Silverstone, while Fernando Alonso set the 5th fastest time, with Nelson in 17th.

The Spaniard was looking strong this morning and seemed to be on course for the fastest time until he had to lift off in the final sector. Now he has to confirm that performance when qualifying gets underway later this afternoon.
